Merry Christmas from South Lake Tahoe: We Hope It Was Splendid for all of You.

As Usual, Tiger and Spanky Rule Yule at Our House in South Lake Tahoe.

He's never met anyone who is not is instant best friend.

(LAKE TAHOE REAL ESTATE BLOG) It's like this at every Christmas. Spanky gets ready, then helps all of us open presents. He has his own Christmas sock full of treats and goodies. It's a full attention day for him. And he likes it.

Spanky is always the center of attention.

Spanky has to play with every wrapping, and he particularly likes shredding anything cardboard. Tiger of course is above all of this pedestrian dog foolishness. Maxene is the master present passer.

If you just put a little bacon on it, it'll be a lot better.

We weren't kidding about the cardboard. Isn't that a nice foot at frame left. That's snow on the deck beyond.

Maxene and Olivier, they even look alike.

We were able to sneak in a few frames without dogs and cats in it. But they didn't like it though.

Theres nothing like a good Christmas ribbon... unless it has a little sashimi on it.

At the end of it all, Tiger gets up close and personal with his favorite, red ribbon... and a little sashimi would make it better. He has his own Christmas sock too.

Sashimi for a CAT???.....what the heck do you feed Spanky? Prime Rib?....

One of my favorite quotes, from the musical "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown (my first community theatre production. I was Snoopy):

Snoopy says: "To me, Cats are the crabgrass on the Lawn of Life"
